Also, y'all are sleeping on finger limes. They're native to Australia and increasingly cultivated here for incorporation into good and fine dining.

But are smaller than you'd expect (they're actually closer to finger-sized). And inside they're filled with little soft pearls of strong sweet citrus juice that pop when you bite into them. They're actually sometimes referred to as citrus caviar.

This shit is why we put up with spiders and snakes and having to drive eight hours just to get to a different state. Normalize finger limes please so I can incorporate them into my writing and not have people think I've randomly thrown in a fantasy/scifi fruit idea.
