Broderick finally gets up the nerve to go visit Phyllis, who happens to be living in his old place. He’s overcome with just how different it is now. The outside is the same, but all traces of his prior abode are gone once you walk through the door. He really feels out of place... there is entirely too much girly-ness in his life.
