Changes for Finn Bradshaw and Remington Smith (Effective Immediately)

Finn Bradshaw
1935. Tired of his middle class family and their boring expectations, Finn Bradshaw took a risk. Packing up a rucksack with enough food to last for a week, he snuck out in the dead of night, hopped the wall, and left Everafter. But he left behind more than an empty bed and devastated parents, he left behind his best friend and childhood crush, Remington Smith.
1940. War has swept across Europe, picking up everything in it’s path, including 19 year old Finn. The four years since he left home have been good to him, seeing him change from a scrawny boy, to a man with a reputation for stealing hearts, and frequently wallets. The front lines are calling for reinforcement, and Finn heeds them….1946. The war is over, but there are ugly wounds left behind, both on the land, the nations, and the men who fought for them. 6 years of Finn’s life were dedicated to survival; ensuring his own, and destroying any chances of his enemies’. After 6 long, long years, Finn can barely remember anything but fighting, but savagery. He tries to integrate back into civilian life, dating here and there, holding a job as a mechanic for a couple months, but it just doesn’t work. He can’t be that person anymore. With scars that are far deeper than the bullet wounds littering his body, Finn turns to booze, floozies, and burglary.
1948. 13 years since his sneakers touched grass on the outer side of the wall, Finn is back. Running from debts he’d rather not pay, memories he’d rather forget and inspectors he wished would just forget about him, he’s come full circle. But it doesn’t take him long after setting foot inside those walls again to realise Everafter may not be the sanctuary he remembered from his childhood.
Remington Smith
1948. Nothing has really changed for Remy. Remy still bats for both teams, is carefree, and an author. Though what drove her to be an author was Finn's leaving without saying anything... not even an address to write him at. Instead, she put her sorrow into her books and became a successful author. Now, she is the owner of the Four Diamonds Cafe, and extremely proud of everything she has accomplished. She is driven, and her drive comes from being damaged about her past- including Casey, the woman she loved and was executed. Five years later, she is ready to conquer anything and everything that comes in her path. She might be the Queen's best friend, but her head should be on a platter for treason.
