In a time long passed, before electricity or guns or paranormal investigators were around, a long-haired witch sat in the middle of the woods studying spells in a book that was passed down to them by their late father. Shunned by a medieval Irish kingdom that was scared of magic, they lived by herself in an old cottage away from the prying eyes of others.
Witch!Finn’s personality isn’t much different than our intrepid investigator’s, but they look and behave quite differently.
- Instead of having her curly red hair cut short, Witch!Finn hasn’t cut her hair since she was three years old, so it falls to about her mid-thigh. They believe that hair holds memories and power, and they instead take every precaution to make sure it grows to its longest and most powerful length.
- While Witch!Finn is certainly not as traditionally feminine as Hitman!Finn with their corsets and makeup, they often wear long modest night dresses as was common for peasant women at the time and braid flowers into their long curls, carrying themself about in a way that feels more feminine than PI!Finn.
- Due to being outside in the sun for a majority of the day, Witch!Finn has significantly more freckles showing on their skin compared to PI!Finn, the brown and orange-ish dots scattering along their arms and their face and their neck in copious amounts.
- Since they themself are not accepted by covens or the rest of society, Finn will always hold a special place in her heart for fellow outcasts or loners, instantly becoming fiercely loyal to the few wanderers that stumble across their solitary life.

👨👦 would you say you have a good relationship with them?
"Of course I have a good relationship with 'em," he replies enthusiastically, taking another drag off his cigarette before coughing out the pungent smoke. His fist clutches the cane in his hand a little harder, sitting down in a nearby chair and sighing.
"I didn't know how to raise a kid, but I did my best... god only knows where the hell her mama went, but I don't think she would've done any better than I did even if she did stick around." He sighs. "Me and my old war buddies, we raised them the best we could. Taught 'em what was right and wrong, drove her home when they were too high to work a car, helped her with their calculus homework in highschool... hell, we even learned to fix a dress when they ripped it the night before senior prom. I love my kid more than I love myself."
(I’m sorry if I already sent one like this my brain can’t remember if I did or not.)
What do you think will happen if you survive and die of old age? Do you think you could try and come back as a ghost? Oliver would miss you
Finn shrugs gently. "I'm not sure. People only really come back as spirits after dying if they have unfinished business, so if I was dying of old age, I don't think I'd be coming back as a ghost." They sound sad, as if the thought of leaving Oliver physically pained them.
"Everything has to come to an end eventually, right? I just hope that... whatever happens, however this ends, me and Noll can just love each other like there's no tomorrow and enjoy our relationship while it lasts. If I die before him, I just hope he doesn't blame himself. I know he cares about me, and I don't want him to beat himself up about it if I do end up dying first."
They have no doubt that they will die before Oliver, but Finn feels a little better about phrasing it as a hypothetical. It doesn't feel as real that way, it doesn't feel like they're inevitably going to abandon him despite how much they want to stay.
Are you really gonna keep the mob boss alive because the dick is that good? Or is Mx. Siren catching feelings?
The cocky smile playing at Finn's lips dissappears, replaced by a bitter glare. They're tempted to just shoot the nosy little fucker that asked them this, but Finn knows that shooting them is just gonna make their response less believable. "I'm not 'catching feelings', you ignorant fucking dunce." They lean forward and tap their acrylics on the desk, lip twitching with irritation. "I'm a professional. I don't do feelings, I don't do relationships, and I don't fall in love with people. Not since I was a kid."
They trace the tip of their acrylic nail along the barrel of the gun, making a shiver-inducing scraping sound and smiling a bit. "You wouldn't shoot a drug dealer if you were addicted to the coke he was selling you, right? That's why I'm not killing the boss. Unfortunately, he's got a nice body and he's fucking amazing in bed, so I don't think I'm gonna try to kill him until I get bored."
They hum, cocking the gun and examining the weapon intently. "And if this is like any of my other hookups, that won't take very long at all."
Totally innocent question with no motive whatsoever, could I get a rundown of Finn’s appearance please?
👀
Okay, so they're six feet tall and fairly scrawny and flat chested, and she has really curly short ginger hair. I like to imagine that they're covered in freckles since they're outside interacting with the supernatural world most of the time, but that's really up to the reader's interpretation.
They also have light blue irises that get darker the closer that they get to her pupils!! I made a reference image of her on art breeder way back in the day, I'll link it below. She's also 30 years old!!!
Typically, I'd figure that PI!Finn dresses in more masculine clothes. For work, she wears a lot of turtlenecks and a brown leather coat that she got from her dad, but outside of work she has a very punk-inspired style, so a lot of DIY stuff and bank t-shirts.
