It was early in the morning. The sun rose not too long ago, allowing the air to keep its chilly breeze for just a little while longer. Finn woke up rather early. He was expecting to open the gym that morning, but woke up to a message from his uncle that the building washing fumigated. He appreciated the day off, he just wished he would have seen it last night so that he could have slept in. He was tempted to return to the bed, but he wasn’t fully convinced yet. So he went out into the backyard, laid out his yoga mat and started doing some classic poses. His leg had been feeling particularly sore the last few days, so he did as he physical therapist once advised and did a few poses to help ease the tension in that part of his body. He was in the middle of a downward facing dog twist pose. He had earbuds in, so he never heard the sound of the sliding door open. He only realized he wasn’t alone when he felt a hand on his body, followed by another. Startled, but thankfully not enough to knock himself over, he shook his head in order to knock the earbuds out of his ears. “Watch it, one wrong move and I’ll be stuck in bed all day. And not in the way you’re thinking.” He teased, flashing the other a small grin before he moved into a regular downward facing dog. “But g’morning, sleepyhead. I was just doing this and then maybe getting back in bed, I dunno. I thought I had work but the gym’s closed.” He explained, shrugging the best he could in his position.
