It’s arts and crafts time over here! The #FinnaBeFitChallenge is back and the third time will be a charm lol🍀 This challenge requires you to be in the gym 3 times every week for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. If you look through the #FinnaBeFitChallenge hashtag you’ll see some of my old posts and the progress I’ve made over the years. This time, I’m focusing really hard on my diet so I’m currently making this chart to document every single half pound I lose lol I have to do things I’ve never done before to reach the goals that I have set for myself and I think this chart will really help me to stay motivated. I am also incorporating incentives for certain goals that I hit. I’m so excited to get started on this! My first workout is today. I’m also doing the @x28challenge beginning on the 3rd, but they have a free workout today at 12 PM EST and I’m about to get ready for! There are some other partnerships that may and welcoming this month to further help me with my goals and you guys will see them soon.
