okay, first of all, this isn’t some stupid sports game. and second, we’re not even in the game. we’re on the bench.

OK so the new chapter of ur fic was so so so good i started reading it this morning while waiting for work to start and then i had to wait to finish it when i got out of work but oh man was it good!! the scene where el found out that mike was an author was probably my favorite part??? who knows why but!!! good stuff i loved it!!!!!

OK, BUT SERIOUSLY, KATE? THAT WAS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE CHAPTER!

Like, my homeboy Mike never gets to impress a pretty girl and here was his chance! Like, I wasn’t going to have any part of that scene originally be from his POV at all (it was supposed to be all from El’s POV), but then I realized I had to show the reveal from his POV because he would be freaking out that this woman he is totally falling for is such a big fan of his work. And, like, Mike never gets to feel like this, never gets to feel the satisfying ego rush of impressing a beautiful woman. He’s never had the opportunity before! So, yeah, he’s going to relish it and enjoy it. It feels good to have someone you’re attracted to be impressed and amazed by you.

...and, wow, I have a lot of thoughts about this scene, lol!

PLEASE omg i don’t know WHAT my dumb ass was thinkin picking that over physics like idk how bad physics is but i CANNOT imagine it being as bad as chem was for me............ even when i thought i Had it figured out i DIDN’T !

I haven’t read all of your fics yet because I’m literally saving them for when I have time to properly digest and leave you with all my FEELS (which there will be, I can guarantee it) but I know posting can be such a hard experience (esp on tumblr) so I just want you to know you’re brilliant and I LOVE your fics so please keep writing!!!!!
