What was THIS now? In an attempt to build relationship dynamics between the various squadrons, the Grand Magic Knights of each squad had “RANDOMLY” -- QUOTE UNQUOTE -- Assorted their respective trainees into GROUPS. Finral had his suspicions that they’d perhaps RIGGED some of the pairings. How else had he and Langris ended up on the same excursion together? It would be JUST LIKE Yami & The Wizard King -- Hell, VENGEANCE, TOO -- To try and play peacemaker between the two warring siblings. But now Langris was being all WEIRD about something right as they were about to head out their SHARED INN ROOM (Something else Finral attributed to their Captains’ SUSPECTED SABOTAGE) to spend time with the Aqua Deer chick they’d been paired with. “Wait, where’s this even COMING FROM? I swear you’re just LOOKING for an excuse to fuck this all up for me.” Brother had HATED HIS GUTS for far too long. So long even that Finral couldn’t even REMEMBER a time Langris had looked at him with LOVE in his eyes. “It’s like all you wanna do is be MAD AT ME.” Did it have anything to do with him calling the girl CUTE? He called EVERYONE cute. If it had a pulse and a human form, odds are Finral had TRIED HIS LUCK. But why would that piss off his BROTHER of all people? “What’s up with you?
