I forgot to write about this but I recently visited a religious site of pilgrimage/temple with my family and outside of the temple, there was a small poster which said:
"if you don't save your daughters, how will you get a daughter in law? 🥰🥰"
(And if you don't understand what they mean by "save," here it is common to miscarriage a child because it's a girl because this country is in the 1800s where they think boys are better than girls as they carry on the bloodline and whatnot.)
Saying that you should save your daughters because you think the sole purpose of the existence of women is to get married and have children in the big 2026, you need HELP.
AND THE WORST PART IS MY MOTHER WAS DEFENDING IT TOO.
