I just found out the most perfect description of The Fionavar Tapestry ever and it is sort-of accidental. It comes from Peat Long's Blog, on wordpress, there's this article about a top five of magic systems, and this gem was written:

Just finished listening to the Fionavar Tapestry by Guy Gavriel Kay. There is a serious lack of fan art for this book or fan love in general. IMMA FIX THAT. Y'all should try the audiobook!

no one can know Darien’s true identity except Jennifer. and Kim, Paul, Dave, and Kevin. and his adoptive mother, of course. and her husband. and their son. and his best friend. and a whole order of priestesses. and Jaelle. oh, and presumably Dana and Mornir, via Jaelle and Paul. and Brendel. and Sharra. and Cernan, god of the forest. and Flidais. and Arthur and Lancelot, yes, the ones you’re thinking of. and the big bad guy/his father, plus his two most dangerous henchmen.

that’s 31+ people by my count, that’s more people than know Conan Edogawa’s true identity. I’m honestly impressed they broke the record
