The thing that is so compelling about Kaze to Me (person who to this day still thinks betrayel/treason is a top tier plot point) is that in Conquest he still joins up with Corrin. He's a dishonor over death guy. My good friend Kaze the traitor. I believe 100% that with the best of intentions he would betray more people. It is a plot point in at least 2 fics I've written/am writing that have not left my notebook.

Admittedly, as a teenager I liked him in the 'he's a hot cool ninja' way, but since then I have truly seen the potential in him.

I know you’re a gay guy, but what’re your favorite yuri pairs in FE? :3

F!Corrin/Rhajat (perhaps self-explanatory, given how much I glaze the JP version of their supports)

Florina/Lyn (pretty much the blueprint tbh! Florina outright saying she loves Lyn, even if it's supposed to be a friendship I love you, is very wonderful to me)

Eirika/L'Arachel (Eirika's route is so chock full of moments between them, and not only do they have one of the better written supports in FE8, but L'Arachel gifts a gem to Eirika in A support, which might as well be an engagement ring in my eyes. They should've had a paired ending dammit!)

Elincia/Lucia (effectively the only thing stopping this from being official is a similar ending to Geoffrey's in RD. But Lucia's solo ending has enough implications that it's all but stated anyway)

Ivy/F!Alear (Perhaps not the greatest example, given it's the same support as with the male Alear, but even so, I adore how open and fail-girl Ivy is about her love. Getting voiced I love you's between women is always a plus)

They all go past the the deep friendship level for me, for one reason or another. It just makes sense for them to go full romantic.

I also like Tiki/Say'ri, Sakura/Elise, Hinoka/Camilla (really Camilla with a lot of girls tbh), Kagero/Orochi, and Catherine/Shamir.

Fire Emblem Fates x Hogwarts AU - Unfortunate Magical Incidents

Welcome to my self-indulgent Heirs of Fates AU, titled Unfortunate Magical Incidents. I'm writing this purely for fun. 

Plot

Dwyer is a Valerius, the son of a renowned witch, chosen as Corrin Valerius. As her son, he is highly regarded and expected to be as great as her, but he doesn't see himself that way. He is simply her child and questions his own worth. He doesn’t view himself as a hero and doesn’t think he will have the adventures or incidents his mother experienced. However, fate has different plans, and Dwyer will face his own series of Unfortunate Magical Incidents.

The main character of this AU is Dwyer- centered. Can you tell who my favorite second-generation unit is? Yeah, yeah.

Dwyer is constantly in a state of "What the hell?" throughout the story.

General audiences to Teen and Up audiences

In this alternate universe (AU), I'm using the Harry Potter movie ratings as a guide. The story begins at a PG level and shifts to Teen and Up, similar to the films' progression. 

I've created a tier chart: the first tier includes characters appearing in the first year, the next tier covers those for the second year, and my four characters at the bottom won’t appear until year six.

I know my age placements may not be canon, but I’m okay with that.

Cute fun fact! In Fire Emblem Fates, when you do the zoom view thing on a wyvern-mounted unit and they play out their little animation, they finish by stopping to give their wyvern scritches.
