I'm so glad you enjoyed scarlet blaze because I saw your earlier posts about AG/GW and I was like omg... saving the best for last....... scarlet blaze truly is just the strongest Hopes has to offer for me! I love how it treats edelgard and the eagles *and* I think it's also the route that makes the best use of shez. personally my fave houses route has always been verdant wind so I also really love SB as a parallel to that (especially the claude&byleth + edelgard&shez dynamics) but I also think it works effectively as a parallel to azure moon. and on it's own it's just such a good experience LOL sorry for the scarlet blaze glaze in your inbox I am just worlds #1 SB fan hooray yay

never apologize for scarlet blaze glazing.... but ur so right it really was the best route in hopes not even a question. really feels like this entire game was centered around this route being the default and considering how 3h missed w both black eagle routes in one way or another (despite me loving CF) i do really enjoy how much love the black eagles get here since theyre alr my fav house

This may just be me but. I really think Azure Gleam should have been the Dimitri and Edelgard team-up route, and that the final boss should have been Rhea. Like otherwise its pretty much just diet Azure Moon and the only reason I liked playing it was because Dedue was actually story relevant

unsure if ur implying dedue wasnt already the most story relevant blue lion besides dimitri in azure moon (and the other routes) to begin with but otherwise i agree. dedue fr was carrying azure gleam on his back.

he didnt come anywhere close to salvaging it but he still put up a valiant effort. and i liked his design, paralogue, supports, and cutscene moments at least
