Shes an old, despicable, abrasive rag that works for an organization named The Great Commission, basically, they're outside factors that alter timelines (mediums) based on demand (commissions). Secretly cares too much but it's too stubborn to straight up confess her feelings.
She started from my desire of self-inserting into media I liked so I could be a part of it, but then my disturbing mind realized: Why give myself the effort to adapt to each world when an oc can do it for me?
That's when she was created. With her clock eye, she has a single main power that deviates into two: reversion and progression
▪︎ Progression
She can progress things in time, accelerating rot, rust to whatever level she likes. She can turn people into bone dust when she's feeling agressive enough
▪︎ Reversion
She can also revert things, like turning an enemy into a fetus or reversing a falling building into an acceptable state
There's a third ability, but that comes from skill and great cost. She can revert and progress time really fast and really close, so time around her ""stops"". It's only used in extreme situations because using that ability leads her into a comatose no matter how long she uses it. Has great mastery of sword, is great teacher and when she's in Dragon Ball, she explains the main Saiyans the five principles (I'll explain it later):
MIND, BODY, SOUL, SPIRIT & POWER
SPIRIT keeps you going (the will)
The SOUL nurtures your path (personality)
BODY sustains everything in one being
The POWER stops other beings from overpowering your existence
The MIND redirects POWER (intelligence, counciousness)
THEY MUST STAY IN BALANCE
She lives up to these five principles (six if you count the last sentence). In Dragon Ball, (in one of her missions) she makes Goku and Vegeta learn in very harsh ways how to better balance themselves. Becoming a teacher to them
