Can wraiths kill Riders? How dangerous are they actually?
Wraiths are very dangerous. They are more than capable of killing dragons or their Riders. A dragon is naturally resistant to scorching heat— so the Fire Wraiths skin wouldn’t hurt them but they’re Rider wouldn’t be so lucky.
Wraiths have very powerful bodies. They’re able to launch themselves into the air and absorb a lot of the impact whenever they touch back down. Meaning that they can launch themselves at a dragon, and their Rider, and wrap themselves around both. With the dragon being able to do nothing while the Wraith burns their Rider alive (Fire Wraith). Ice Wraiths have razor sharp teeth that can cut through almost anything. Their bite is not something I would want to be on the other end of.
My advice? Travel through their territory with extreme caution. You’ll never know when you’re being stalked.
