9 Dorks Asterius Gwynfor Knox its a fun daft name (thanks to patch/coriander for helping name him) his size and monstrous form could really big a brute, but as you can see he ain’t. (he tries to act tough, but it tends to go wrong, like biting his tongue or tripping)
he’s just a big ol darlin marshmallow, who can’t even make eye contact with anyone and that ain’t just cus he towers over them hah. He’s socially awkward and has a great amount of anxiety, mostly derived from the fear of him hurting others accidentally (due to his size) and others hurting him. if you ever ask where this might derive from, he’ll just say kids are cruel. plus living in cave probably didn’t help. a friend helped him out of the cave and dealing with his anxieties.
Cipher he’s an old OC, whos changed a lot, (he started off as a transformer) now he’s an Alien from outer space (in disguise). he’s pretty hyper most of the time, lots of smiles, exploring, making friends, meddling, breaking and fixing things, he’s able to create and make things? he loves stars, but is a little afraid of space and the ocean, more the cold loneliness of it all. not sure how it happened but he lost his parents, its not something that bothers him, but he’d like to find them again, till then he’s happy to meet you all.
Toby by now you should have some idea who Toby is. despite my lack of activity...
regardless. Toby is Toby, a good boi. and invisible boi who is pretty open and ahahaha isn’t one to care too much about his appearance. he wants to act in theatre, he fell in love with it as a child, the dancing, the characters the love the betrayal, hope. yet he has one draw back, that he has terrible stage fright (perhaps a draw back of being invisible he’s not normally seen, on stage he is) but he’s found other ways in helping with set design, having picked up some skills from his dad
he likes films with hope joy and laughter, more the sorrow (tho he can appreciate them) he’s pretty hopeful, he’s the kind of guy who sees/ likes to see the best in people, and wants to help them be there best, he wants to make people happy.
being invisible this means he takes his health pretty seriously, so he’s pretty active and fit, though you’ll never really see it HAH.
FBF & MDS FireBoyFriend needs a name. he’s in a relationship with DorkMadScientist who also needs a name. THEY ARE DORKS. cute dorks.
originally they started off in another world, FBF being, a guard a warrior, wanting to bring about change, and using/getting help from MDS to bring bout that change (as he was some sort of powerful mage/scientist risen to legend god hood (in my mind story shit)) though this doesn’t go as planned as for one reason or another DMS fell into depression despair, possible betrayal, he destroyed this rise to god status item. so no one else could use it and mess with people, so now FBF has to get him moving and trying (not always the best way. but they become friends and then loovers! with MDS making the moves on him first 8D.....thats one idea, they got put together a lot in many ways and forms, soldier and scietnist.
so these might just be past lives of theres....
they are now dorks living in a city. FBF is possibly a pâtissier, despite being a fire being he is not headed and keeps a cool and calm demeanor (not that he doesn’t get angry or annoyed (mostly at MDS mess)) he wasn’t aware he was gay, till MDS. he doesn't have a strong family bond anymore....
and MDS is still a scientist, a brilliant one, still lazy and dis-tractable. he can be caught off guard, or embarrassed if people genuinely compliment or like him, blushes easily. tho he also act and says dirty things, but can be he can caught of guard if people it when he’s not prepared. close family ties, parents were like mafia bosses, might have influenced the way he acts and dresses. he doesn’t like the cold or his neck being uncovered (but also covered cus of his spine poking out, its senstive)

MSD/MDS Mafia science dad/ Mafia dad (science?) needs a name
he’s (h)armless, he’s not but he is, he’s still very much work in progress. all that i’ll say is that he possible is a mafia boss, despite being armless he’s pretty formidable possible loves doing science stuff, making stuff and staying up way too late instead of sleeping but he’s also pretty much a dad, and not just to his own kids, he looks out for his gang, and they’re famlies. he lvoes them all, and tells bad dad jokes. a guy of contrasts, family guy, but bad guy (tho he probably wont stay a bad guy) he’s just three ideas in one.
Jack
Jack owns the circus theatre, where Toby works. he bought it way back in the 1920s, its filled with all the circus stuff from his travelling circus, before he settled down. Jack fills the role of Trickster and Mentor, helping people out, just not in the way you might think or hope, while also just being a bit of a prankster. He was part of the trapeze act when he travelled in the circus, so he’s pretty fit. and still works out, keeping fit. he knows how to sword fight,(possible from when he’d help smuggle innocents away from bad places, thus a travelling circus (at least that’s one idea) the circus was a place for people and monsters to escape, and to act. one of the reason he bought the theatre. he’s almost always smiling, and wearing the scarf with bells (it was supposed to warn people when he was coming or pulling a prank, it backfired and now feels people with dread) he’s a shapeshifter
Messenger
Messenger is a messenger, of the ‘goddess’ (who tries to stay out of the humans business) his main role is to help and guide a chosen human to become a champion a hero a legend, to save the world from some terrible force beyond.
he’s pretty easy going and happy, he loves the creativity of humans and all that they can do and make. even though he has almost infinite knowledge, he tends to ask whats this, but then answers it himself a moment later. he know almost all but he’s never seen it first hand, sorta deal. he likes it when jobs are difficult because he gets to hang around on earth and people. when he’s not in use he’s put to sleep, but he does need the rest.
Snicker
Snicker....was made to annoy, to pester to bother. he’s a tricky little forest spirit, and loves to have fun and explore, he loves playing games with kids. he trying just about everything anything, while having a poor grasp on most things.
his forest (the twisted forest) is sort of feared as its got a bit of bad rep for children going missing inside never to be seen again. though this isn’t true, anyone in his forest is protected and safe, most kids that end up there are runaways or lost, and are helped, back home or to somewhere safe if they’ve runaway from a bad place
he can transform into a big cat and a little cat, and float. plus other power he does not yet know
