She is so busy resolving systemic racism by gifting away a public shelter, that she can’t do her basic job. So this is Aries now due to her gross negligence. Fact: Locked up for 5+ months in a small concrete cell. Zero walks. Zero play hard time. All he did was cry. When no one heard those cries for months, he started jumping on his kennel walls. Aries walked in a healthy young dog and this is horrific condition now. All due @laanimalservices for failing to provide a safe shelter and respite from 24/7 months long of kenneling. Oh and Ms Barnette collects $325k salary from the public. LA Animal Services is best funded and worst managed. Last but not least, they are going to kill him on 4pm Sunday 10/18/2020 since he is now a medically alerted dog. He’s rescue only and must live outside LA City.
