Once more unto the breach... A new BBQ 'battleaxe' has joined the fold and I couldn't just let it sit there and not cut fire-meat. So, a tiny asado commenced. That's a six pound chicken, two pounds of chorizo, and about a cup of chimichurri. Pretty standard large-ish bamboo cutting board. ...oh, and the 'battleaxe'? That's a 12" vintage Sabatier high carbon Chef's knife. Overall length is a hair over 17" including the ebony handle. How'd I end up with it? Sometimes people misspell things on EBay, and I'm a pittance poorer for it.
