So, it's less than 3 weeks till FireMercs. I have picked up a bludger THREE times in the past 6 months. I've gotten better and more confident each time I have played. I didn't have much motivation before, since LA is postponed for a bit, BUT, FireMercs, and the hope of joining a team in LA when I eventually get out there is in the back of my mind. SO, until I leave for FireMercs, I am going to try to run every night, do sit-ups, not drink soda, and try to eat healthier. It's going to be tough to get back into exercising since it's been awhile since I've been in a normal routine and even harder to cut back on junk food, but I need to start getting back into shape for this tournament, and for when I eventually get to LA so I can be the best I can be, but also, to just get back into the swing of things of being healthier. Ever since I quit the NAU team last spring, I have BARELY exercised and not cared about what I eat. So, this is what I plan to do, and we'll see how it goes.
