Mayblade let's gooooo!
I just got reminded that you can get everything personalised online and that I have free will so here we go.
I wanted to participate in the Beyblade OC challenge but I'm afraid that I'll never finish this one. It's for the prompt "Promise". (Also the bitbeast is not wolborg, it's a snowfox bitbeast called Lisborg, I just failed at drawing a fox x'D) I would love to write a rpg with abbey OCs, bc damn, so much drama. But it's to niche to find anyone wanting to participate. I also don't know if putting the original characters in there would be a good idea bc that would probably end in shipping wars but without them people are even less interested. Soo I just ramble about what's happening in this picture here: Dima was on one of the first test groups for the artificial bitbeast programms. They wanted to utilize real souls of animals for that very matter but they had problems with catching the soul. After various tests they found out that souls where willing to stay if they were bound to other souls. (Like a mother bear to her cubs) Of course something as motherly feelings weren't as reliable as brute force, as it only happend every now and then and also didn't always make the bitbeast useable. The thesis they came up with was to bound the animal soul with the force of another soul, a soul that could be controled by the abbey. In other words a soul of the children. Since this meant alot of mental strength, they selected fitting children and prepared them for two years. Well actually the group shrank over time, since they pretested every once in a while but in the end there were still round about 20 children left. These got devided in groups of five and each got different animals assigned accordign to their estimated mental strength. Dima got a bear and his best friend a polar fox. They got connected to the animals and a lot of control devices and what not. Then the test started as the laborants killed the animals. And from here it all went south. The bear's soul wasn't fazed by Dimas soul but being stopped from leaving after being forced into this tiny cages for months made it furious. From then it all went into a blur. He only remembers the dead body of his best friend lying in front of him. Ice blue eyes locking in with his. A blizzard. And then laying in the snow with his best friend. Until he regained consciousness to realize it was blood. There weren't many survivors of this test and the great amount of preparations stopped them going for this way. The data they got was used to invent a artificial device to trap the animal souls later on (which lead to other problems).
May it be the ptsd or something they just don't quite get but Dima is sure his best friend's soul is somewhere merged with Lisborg. The connection he has with his beyblade is formed by guild, by trust and a promise. The connection he has with his bitbeast is formed by force as much as by emotion.
"I'll never let them hurt you again Sascha."

~*. Since we wer children, seince we we’re young .*~ Kai: me Yuriy: KingEgoist (animexx)
From a rpg I am writing with 2 friends: Kai visits bryan and Yuriy a year after the third word championsship. They found out nerfs are also a good way to fight bc their beyblades belonged to the abbey so they had to give them back.
