The first baseman, Paul Goldschmidt, throws the ball to home plate to get the out!! That was a big play and perfectly executed!! Deavers has been batting over .400 against the Yankees in his career. He's very good. Thankfully, Goldschmidt stopped that run from scoring!! Great job, Goldie!!
While I typed, the Red Sox scored 5 runs. The score is now 6-3, Red Sox. Congratulations to the Boston Red Sox!! They're playing great baseball, and it's gonna be another great game like last night was. Jazz Chisholm Jr. should be playing 3rd base. Just saying. He did very well last night and was responsible for 4 runs scoring so Boone, in his infinite idiocy, took him out of the game. He always rewards great players by benching them. I don't get that. That is not right, but I digress. At least he has Ian Hamilton warming up in the bullpen. LET'S GO, YANKEES!!!!!
