What to Wear on a First Date

You all know the feeling of butterflies in your stomach the kind you get when you are preparing for that first date. You’re nervous but excited at the same time, but wait! What to wear? Rummaging through your wardrobe to find the perfect first date outfit can be tough. You want to make a good impression but don't want to seem like your trying too hard.

Wearing the right outfit that you are comfortable and confident in will help you make that first good impression and will keep you relaxed because you know you look great! A great tip is to keep it simple depending on where you are going. Jeans are always a winner in my book. They are a great option because you can dress them up with heels and a dressy top or if you are going really casual, add flats and a basic tank. Where ever you decide to go dress appropriately for that location. If you are wearing an outfit that will restrict you from doing things; for example heels that you know you can barely walk in, don't opt for them. Just remember to be honest with who you are and don't try and be someone you’re not. Let your outfit reflect your personality and your confidence will shine through.
