Still don’t know what to call this au, but I made more doodles

Yukito feeling that parental emotion with Wu (when your kid who you swore was born just yesterday is now an adult)

And fun fact, Yukito’s form can change depending on his emotions (if the emotions are to the max). Like rn he is currently melting due to the overwhelming joy of seeing Wu again

And with this one, you have a silly thingie of how Yukito views the og4 and vice versa

Yukito is staring at the og4 and thinking “damn, they just like me and my gang fr” and is willing to kill people for them. Zane is intimidated by his predecessor and feels he needs to live up to (non-existence) expectations. Kai doesn’t trust Yukito at all. He doesn’t care that guy used to be the FEM of Ice, he ain’t trusting the demon. Cole is also intimidated but also looks through it with “I mean, this guy was here first. Kinda scary, but maybe he means well?”. Jay is terrified because holy fuck no one said anything about the FEM of Ice was a full on demon

Their relationship and view of Yukito changes over time tho

(And they don’t know the FEM of Fire was a serpentine yet as of this doodle)

Specifically about the FEMs

I have officially put Yoshimochi on Artfight along with deciding on a new name for him.

I present to you all: Zheng Yue, the First Elemental Master of Lightning

Since Ninjago has a mixture of East Asia’s cultures and mythologies, I thought it would be best to try and incorporate that more. Of course, I’m still doing research as I go on as I don’t want to misrepresent or accidentally spread misinformation of these cultures. And with where I want to head with Yue’s story, giving him a chinese background seemed more suitable. Without going too much into detail, one of the main focuses being his relationship with his family and connecting with spirits as part of his element. I hope you all like his new name and new ref sheet

The others will be getting new ref sheets as well soon (and Yukito will also have a name change still)

Lloyd thinking he accidentally unleashed some kind of ancient evil or smth and Yukito staring like “this child looks like the infant I cared for”

Then Yukito entering caretaker mode within a few minutes cuz the oni/dragon hasn’t activated yet with kid Lloyd (also: Lloyd, I don’t think the demon who came from “before time had a name” era knows what candy even is)

Yukito’s also under the impression that Lloyd is aware of his oni/dragon blood (but Yukito forgot whose family Lloyd comes from)((the masters of secrecy family))

Silly meme I thought of with the FEMs on how they think about the FSM family (along with tiny info drop but after the meme)

This works for both when the four were alive and after they passed (frozen on Yukito’s part)

Okay tiny info dump now

So Yoshimochi, Yukito, Sai, and Akiharu have a kinda… iffy relationship with FSM. There are things they question him on, and do wonder if he actually knows what he’s doing half the time. They especially hate his tendency to keep secrets until trouble starts brewing. But the four are younger than him (being 13 when they first become ninjas) so they do have faith and respect for him. But if they truly feel like they need to talk to him, they will. Yukito doing it the most out of them and being blunt about FSM’s questionable actions

After they’ve all passed, they slowly start leaning more into questioning FSM’s choices and actions. To sum it up: “What the fuck man. I know we aren’t perfect and made mistakes, but you don’t seem to be learning from yours or even owning up to them.” (Yukito again is extremely blunt especially after learning about Garmadon turning evil from a snake bite)

Now Wu and Garmadon? Those two were newborn babies when the FEMs were alive. Of course Wu came a few years after, but the four practically cared for him and his older brother. Whenever FSM was busy, Garmadon and Wu were with the FEMs. And they absolutely doted on the two boys. And, as responsible but still teenage boys do, have taken them on some of their adventures.

The FEMs of course did take great care of the boys. Even when they join on the FEMs adventures they were still taken care of. They were deeply treasured. And the FEMs definitely have a lot of stories about the brothers (like Garmadon playing with Yoshimochi’s robes and Wu sneaking off to play in the sheep’s pen).

To say it best: Garmadon and Wu, no matter how old they are, are the little babies that FEMs help care for and loved dearly. Even after passing, the four still show that affection. But that doesn’t save the brothers from a talk about certain actions they each have made.
