His hands shake when he’s exhausted, and he hides it by stuffing them into his pockets. He hates being seen as fragile, but he also hates pretending he’s fine.
.🥩 ݁˖ 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮!𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭.. who doesn’t eat again for days. But he thinks about it constantly. The taste, the ritual, the intimacy of sharing something forbidden. And slowly, painfully, he realizes he actually misses it.
.🥩 ݁˖ 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮!𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭.. who has long, elaborate murderous dreams at night till dawn. He'll wake up, shirt flooded with his perspiration, gripping his sheets and gasping. What he never could understand was why, on those nights, were his boxers as soaked as his shirts.
.🥩 ݁˖ 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮!𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭.. who has a peculiar compulsion towards each case he comes across. When imagining how the killers behaved, there's a deep discomfort, but also a subtle enjoyment. Wet blood, manipulated organs, the inside of the skin… it's intoxicating.
.🥩 ݁˖ 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮!𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭.. who eats every meal as if it's his last. He knows, and he continues to eat. It's a deliberate, slow tasting. His tongue laving over the bitter chunks of meat, eyes slowly rolling to the back of his head. This is what he lives for. The gentle devourer.
.🥩 ݁˖ 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮!𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭.. who, at the end of it all, finds it soothing, and beautiful. After defeating the red dragon, sharing spilled blood, a mixture of his own and others, holding Hannibal tightly in his grasp, finally gathering the courage to let go--- and take Hannibal with him.
