Did my first workout of the month and the first one in a long time. Started up with Country Heat again. This time I am determined to finish. And though I am feeling some slight muscle twinges I am also feeling pretty good about it.
Okay so I know nobody cares but I just did my first little dance workout to a video and let me tell you, I felt stupid and watched by my neighbours. :’D The actual dancing and workout part was fun though, so can’t I just like close the roller blinds in the middle of the day without it being weird? ^^’

Day 3

I weigh 166 today which is a 2 pound loss in 24 hours. It's probably just water weight but it's still exciting. I worked out again today which makes it my second ever workout and today I was able to do 5 pushups even though I was using my knees. It's still progress. The workouts aren't very tough and I'm really not hurting after doing them or raising my heart rate. I think I might start to double the amount of each thing I'm supposed to do. I did Mondays workout even though it's Saturday because I felt motivated to do it.
Heading out to complete my first workout since starting this blog and deciding to get back on track. I’ll update later.
