Older, very close to retirement faculty member (male) comes to hang out in my office occasionally. The last time he was hanging out, he said “fuck” and then immediately apologized.
I told him “Don’t ever fucking apologize for f-bombs in here. Every fucking goddamn cuss word is welcome in here.” And he thanked me and quickly excused himself.
Also present was another, younger male faculty member who was shitting himself trying not to laugh.
Nothing so prudish as a liberal, white male college professor over the age of 70, I stg.
