My best friend and I were enrolled in a Chinese speech contest and we were supposed to have a three minute dialogue but the day before we only had 1 1/2 minutes and our teachers all like "you suck" so we scrapped it and translated the lyrics of "Everybody Was Kung-fu Fighting" into Chinese and did a terrible kung-fu routine and talked about Jeremy Lin and that's the story of how I got 2nd place in a state-wide Chinese speech contest
