Had a great time with the NWOKC fam @orangetheorynwokc all day long. It’s been a long since I’ve coached there... it was worth the wait. Endurance definitely played a huge role... my favorite classes to coach. It was awesome to see so many familiar faces I have grown to love and appreciate. After almost 1700 classes taught, I finally coached my first 90 minute class. The energy was palpable, the place was on fire. Can’t wait to coach another one. I’ll be coaching another couple classes on Monday and Wednesday this week... there are still some spots.
