What an awesome evening of classes! Let’s welcome our newest members to the family... Melissa R. @melissarice825 who is a close friend / colleague of my wife Virginiah. It was so great to have her in class to experience the energy/culture in the building. Looking forward to her reaching her goals. As you can see my whole family came out the celebrate with her. The 5:30p was the largest attended class since we closed down our studios. The energy is the room was palpable. They all crushed the calories while climbing those hills, all out rows and 10 rep sets in the weight room. Again just great classes/members all around. So honored to be part of the fitfam! Had a great time with the NWOKC fam @orangetheorynwokc all day long. It’s been a long since I’ve coached there... it was worth the wait. Endurance definitely played a huge role... my favorite classes to coach. It was awesome to see so many familiar faces I have grown to love and appreciate. After almost 1700 classes taught, I finally coached my first 90 minute class. The energy was palpable, the place was on fire. Can’t wait to coach another one. I’ll be coaching another couple classes on Monday and Wednesday this week... there are still some spots. Another great OTF at Home workout with my national fitfam. I believe we had at least 6 states represented this morning... CA, TX, PA, NY, OK, MO and AZ? We have #morelife coast to coast!... 2000m Benchmak Days are always incredible especially when someone absolutely crushes their previous PR. @teenagripka blew away her previous by over 2 minutes. So many others set new PRs and established their times that will come the next time we do this again. It's such a good feeling to see the looks on everyone's faces once they have completed this challenge. It's one of the most difficult and most rewarding all at the same time. Be proud of what you accomplished tonight everyone! Keep putting in the work... we are all getting 1% better everyday!
