Just revising Haematology again.

I keep forgetting the coagulation pathway with all the activation of factors and in the right sequence.

Anyway our finals dates we’re finally announced and needless to say I’m stressed.

Not really feeling myself. And my sleeps schedule is almost non existent right now.

So probably taking a little break after I complete this unit.

I hope you’re all doing well.

For anyone giving exams I wish you all the best for it. You’re going to do great.

Happy New Year!!

The past year has been tough for all of us with losing loved ones , stressing out about the uncertainty of situation and adapting to a whole new normal.

For me staying motivated to study was definitely one of the hardest thing the last couple of months. I’ve been lost and confused and sad.

But I’m trying to keep that in the past and begin this year with a positive mindset.

I’ve set some goals for myself and I’m excited to work on them and get a better insight of who I am.

I hope everyone has a wonderful year ahead filled with loads of love , positivity ,peace and kindness.

I just also want to take a minute to say that I’m really grateful for the studyblr community for helping me through the past year and just being such a positive kind space.

PS: @myhoneststudyblr your challenges are what kept me going on most days last year. So really thankful to you.

Studying. Some more studying. Taking a little study break. Studying again.

That has been my routine for the past 2 weeks.

Today I took an extended break and made spaghetti for my family.

Also I should probably start working out. I’m literally the definition of couch potato.

I’ve been swamped with online exams. I have almost 3 exams per week on top of new assignments. And it hasn’t been the easiest week.

It’s only 7 tonight I was literally suffocating in my work and I decided that I needed the break. So made myself some coffee read One of my favourite books “Pride and Prejudice”

Now I’m ready to study again.

Also let me make it very clear that I do not like online learning. And doing med school online is far worse.

Wed - Does your family have a “motto” – spoken or unspoken?

Treat people as you want yourself to be treated. I think that’s the unspoken “motto”. I was taught to be kind to all from a very young age.

Also finally made my bullet journal spread today and what’s a better snack than PB and Apples with mango yoghurt.

Week 13 ✨

Mon - Are you usually early or late?

Late. I’m always running late and I hate that about myself. I’m constantly consciously trying to change that.

Tue - How often do you people watch?

A lot. I like to observe people. I mean not in a weird stalkerish way. But sometimes I find myself sitting in a cafe and seeing strangers and things that make them smile.

Wed - What’s your favorite drink?

Anything to do with coffee probably. Not black coffee though.

Thu - What’s your dream car?

GMC light duty trucks.

I’m just starting out with my finals prep and I’m already sleep deprived and gulping down coffee. The stress is upon me. Trying to not get stressed. Because nothing good comes out of it. But easier said than done.

So.. my Finals got postponed.

And I hate the uncertainty of not knowing definitely when my exams are going to happen. But I’m grateful too. Because I’m failing so hard and I keep forgetting things.

Anyway , instead of finals we have like 3-4 internal Assessments per week and that’s hectic too. Because every exam counts.

And everything’s a mess. I can’t seem to complete even half of my to do list right now. And I keep telling myself that you don’t go to sleep till you complete it.

I’m so stressed out.

PS: I have 500 followers. Like 500 amazing people followed me even if I’m like a complete mess. I’m so so grateful for this.

At this point. I just study. Study some more. Take a study break. Walk around. Think about studying. And then study again.

I can’t seem to cover the entire syllabus. Nor can I remember everything. But I’m trying.

And I hope it’s enough.

PS: I probably drink more coffee than I drink water.
