“Two years ago, off in the distant sea, there was a lovely couple. A Blooper and a Fish Bones, to be exact. They were as happy as they could be.

‘Cept the Blooper has a bit of a problem. She could just never quite get the hang of KEEPING HER MOUTH SHUT. She gossiped everywhere she went, and if she ever got hold of a topic--oh boy, you’d expect half the ocean to have heard it by the next sunrise! If she wasn’t recognized by her ribbons, she was recognized by her big fat mouth!

That was a bit of a problem, you see, because the Fish Bones dealt in pretty sensitive information. Couldn’t just have his girl ruin the plans he and his group had spent so long setting up, now could he?

He tried his best to get her to see his side, but she just wouldn’t. Too stubborn! Too independent! There was a bit of a code in the Fish Bones’ family, and it was if a girl was told to do somethin’, she did it and she didn’t give no lip! That was one thing that got on his nerves.

Eventually the Blooper’s parents got it into her head that she shouldn’t be hanging around the likes of the Fish Bones. She had a bright future ahead of her, and he was too ‘dangerous; for her! 

So then comes the day she decides to break up with him.

‘So yer just gonna throw away all the time we spent together?’ He asked.

‘I’m safer in a Cheep Chomp’s jaws than hanging around you!’ she answered.

Well, let’s just say that’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. Leakin’ secrets, standin’ up to him, and now this... He didn’t like it no more.

So maybe he got a little physical. She had it coming.

He said they were through, and turned to leave. But after swimming a bit, he heard a noise. He turned around, wondering what was goin’ on.

At the top of a ridge, the girl had found some boulder of sorts. She was all kinds of pissed! Next thing he knows, the boulder’s tumbin’ down, and BAM! Falls right on the Fish Bones and shatters him into hundreds of pieces. R.I.P.”

“Oh, but that’s not the end of it. Seems the girl STILL couldn’t keep her damn mouth shut. She began to prattle off to the entire sea what he had done, saying he was some sorta monster--sullying his reputation!!

And she acted PROUD of it all. Like it was all some sort of damn GAME!!!”

“Had to talk to my boys to find this out, but it seems she got a little payback in the end. Tyin’ her to a rock? Tearin’ her to shreds? Nice touch.

But it’s not enough. She doesn’t deserve an afterlife. She doesn’t deserve whatever sort of phony-ass family she has here. Not when she’s just gonna stab ‘em in the back the second things get inconvenient. 

Even if she doesn’t remember, that doesn’t make her innocent.”
