I believe I have found the secret to catching large Pickrel. Use somewhat expensive ($12) wooden lures that you don’t want them to hit… 3 weeks in a row I have had a large Pickrel use one for a chew toy…

Problems with going fishing : You run into all sorts of problems .

There are so many incidents where something always happens .

My family went out fishing/crabbing , with one of the crab nets next to them and the 2nd net on the opposite side of the building . Apparently these 2 guys next to the 2nd net had been using our net to pull up crabs for themselves . So when we caught another crab my family told my little sister to go give it to the 2 guys to be nice but instead we found out they had been using our net to get crabs for themselves , which answered my family's question why we kept getting no crabs in that net whenever they pulled it up . Because the 2 guys next to our net had been taking the crabs all along . So when my Dad went to go tell them that the net belonged to us and they weren't supposed to pull it up , they we're total assholes who told my Dad off and said" we can use it whenever we like cause it's next to us" and my Dad repeated it belonged to us he started arguing "you want to start a problem?!" and cussed my Dad out and told him to get his shit and leave . Like seriously , my family was there before them and the fact that they're rude ass people who take and use other people's belongings and cuss in front of small children piss me off . It's not that hard to ask permission or better yet get your own belongings .
