If you want a quick and tasty seafood fix, these savory fish sliders are perfect. They taste great and would be great as a meal or snack.
Ingredients: 500g white fish fillets, deboned and skinned. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Pickles.
Instructions: Pulse fish fillets in a food processor until they are very small pieces. Put the fish that has been chopped into a bowl. Add the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well. Make small patties out of the mixture that are the right size for the slider buns. Put the pan on medium heat and lightly oil it. For three to four minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked, remove from heat. Put a fish patty on each bun and top with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles to make sliders. Serve right away and enjoy!
