The Good, Bad & The Ugly
The Good…after our week 10 Friday weigh-in, I’m down 26 pounds. I lost 5 pounds over the last two weeks! I’m also only 13 pounds away from my goal weight of 140 pounds!
The Bad…we only have two more weeks left in Fit 4 Change bootcamp. I’ve grown accustomed to waking up and never knowing with any certainty what we’re doing! I do have plans in the works for what I’m doing after the program ends.
The Ugly…today’s workout was HARD! It challenged me! It had me thinking would I drop at any minute! Paul killed right off the bat with a crazy warm-up! There was jumping jacks, high knees, push-ups & other assorted treats!
Next was our rotation of trainers…Morgan in the Aerobics (torture) room…Wayne, Coo & Julius on the basketball courts. They subjected us to suicide runs, bear crawls, inch worms, side plank walks and whatever else they could dream up. And a nice Gauntlet run :)
Last but certainly not least was Paul at the treadmills. By this time, we’re beat. But I think everyone in my group saw the light at the end of the tunnel. We all pushed through it.
So I have 8 more days left in this program. I didn’t think I would make it through the first few weeks. With so little time left, I can still challenge and push myself to get to my next level :)
