What I got up to last Thursday morning on #FITCATION 💙 Much love to @evie.wong and @norsoraya for the power yoga class that allowed me to stretch my aching body after Skytrex and also left everyone feeling re-energized at the end of our trip. 🙌🏼 Thank you to my sexy yoga partner @alita_pear for helping me stretch further! 😘✨ (at The Westin Langkawi Resort and Spa)

✨Feel the fear, and DO IT anyway. Let your COURAGE inspire the world around you. ✨ You have to admit your fears before you can confront them. I didn’t realize I was (maybe a little) afraid of heights until I had to walk on *extremely* 😫unstable wooden planks raised about 100ft off the ground (scroll for my look of fear as I faced this particular “x plank” obstacle at #skytrexLangkawi). Lucky to have @norsoraya ahead to give me confidence every time she looks back at me smiling “You can do it babe!” 👍🏼 I’ll never forget that. Big love to @adidasmy for hosting #FITCATION and bringing #adidaswomen in SE-Asia together! My journey with @adidas began in Malaysia almost 7 years ago when I became an ambassador for their first women’s campaign. After 3 years in KL, I moved to Singapore, Philippines and now in Thailand, always with incredible support from #adidas throughout my fitness journey. Thank you @adidaswomen for having me 🙏🏼 I’m so grateful for the chance to share everything I know to motivate women in giving 💯% in fitness as it translates to everything else in life. The energy in that ballroom was electric⚡️ as we raised our pulses. Sweat is magic ✨ as it’s a reminder of our able bodies and our power to push further, especially when it came to the partner exercises - so beautiful to see the support and encouragement women have for each other!
