Fitness February challenge is officially over! Here are my final stats: Workouts: 25/20 Runs: 15/8 Thanks to @runningthegoodrace for organizing this! It really kept me on point with my training plans and cross training workouts!
FitnessFeb complete!
Completed the Fitness Feb challenge on feb 23 - 20 workouts in 23 days, I'll take it. Obviously my month isn't over so I will be continuing and will probably have about 24-25 workouts for the month of February-what a great month! This morning was 3 miles on the treadmill- .50 warmup, then intervals of 7mph for .10 mile and 4mph for .05 mile for 2 miles, then a .50 mile cool down. Tonight I have Spin and boot camp! Fitness feb - workouts 20/20 , runs 11/8
That stupid pain in my foot is back. 5.28 miles done this morning, pain started at the 3 mile mark but I had to finish to get back to where I started! Ice rolled it when I got home and tomorrow is a rest day, so I guess it is good timing! Stupid arch pain! FitnessFeb: Workouts 19/20, runs 14/8 - almost at the workout goal!
Workout from @betternikki and a run
I had zeeeeeerrrrooo motivation to go for a run this morning. I woke up with a terrible headache and just didn't feel like it. But, I hate missing training runs, so I delayed it for 2 hours and then got out for 3.5 miles.
Don't you know that after the first half a mile, I felt fabulous. It was a great rejuvinating run and it made my morning WAY better. I came back to do the workout that @betternikki gave me as my buddy this week.

Spin race ride
We did a race ride in spin class this morning- it was insane and awesome. The instructor monitored us ever minute for a 20 minute intense lactic threshold test via heart rate monitor. Workouts: 8/20 Runs: 4/8
