The mirror is at the gym so if it's dirty it wasn't my fault.
I tried deadlifts today. I just used dumbbells because I'm too worried about looking silly with a barbell to try to use that yet. I'm also not quite sure these are the exercises I want to stick with. Deciding to work out on my lunch has been incredibly beneficial to me, but it means I only have 30 mins. That's more than I would have if I tried to make myself do it any other time but it's still less than I'd like. I need to be smart about choosing as many full body exercises as possible.

Small victories! I increased my 1 rep PR by 2.5lbs today! I am 12.5 lbs away from benching my current body weight which is my new years resolution
First time doing exercises that strain my rotator cuff in two weeks, caused a bit of funk but it went away by night time so I am proceeding with caution.
Also! I don't think any of those PRs are real!!! I just got my cables for my home gym this year so they all disappeared with my phone data.
