2 x 1m glute bridge
30 jackknife sit ups (elbow-to-knee)
30 each standing leg swings-glutes
50 reverse crunches
2 x 15 each fire hydrants
2 x 15 each bow and arrows (???)
Repeat last two
2 x 30 sec plank
Did this today, sorry again for all the weird names for things. It helps me remember how to do them and adds a little laughter in the mix.
