I want to make some sort of post about the fallacy that is "x and y are both subgroups of group z therefore x and y are the same and to say they aren't is to deny their belonging to group z" but I don't really know how to word it

people love doing this in regards to trans people

"trans men and cis men are both subgroups of the group men therefore they have the exact same struggles and rights" yeah, and cats and dogs are the same thing because they're both mammals, and if you imply they aren't you're being a bigot and saying dogs aren't real mammals

I wish people realized how this fallacy is getting them and how it is not in any way bad to admit that trans people are in fact, generally, intersectionality non withstanding, suffering much more than cis people

as with any other fallacy though, most people *do* get that it's wrong, just that online there's some very loud very wrong people who would rather not learn from their own mistakes

It makes me so mad that Henry didn’t win. I’m not even saying this because he’s my favourite character, I’m saying this BECAUSE ITS REALISTIC.

There is no shot that a group of losers with sticks and rocks beat Henry.

They made him so dumb as well — completely different from season 4. You’re telling me this IDIOT!!! Didn’t know Max was in a hospital and had to look in Wills mind to figure that out. SHE WAS IN A COMA. WHERE ELSE COULD SHE POSSIBLY BE??? It’s not like he was gonna discreetly kill her anyways, we all knew he was going to bomb the whole hospital if he could.

To add onto that, you’re telling me that he used Will as his ‘spy’ but he didn’t bother to check or even catch a hint of the fact that the WHOLE TOWN was coming to jump his ass… WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A SPY??? DONT PISS ME OFF HERNY CREEL!!!

I was so disappointed that they portrayed him as this highly intelligent and powerful villain just to absolutely ruin all of it. Like what was this absolute buffoon up to the whole time?? Decorating cupcakes for each child???

If Henry was the same Henry from the massacre of Hawkins Lab and the entirety of season 4, he would’ve won. It’s stupid that he didn’t.

And you can say that he lost on purpose because of his guilt but I highly doubt that.
