Omega kept his pace slow, not wanting to put to much of a strain on Aldaer’s leg. Besides, he wasn’t exactly in any rush, as he lead them outside and down the street. He counted twenty steps, before he turned right, and walked down a dim alley way. Had he been here to kill the other, it certainly would have been the perfect spot to do so. But instead, he just walked along and switched the lights of his armor back to their original orange.
“I have decided. I’m in need of a sniper rifle. Something strong enough to get the job done, without having to worry about to much bulk.”
Sure the rifles he currently had worked just fine, but the size of the weapons made sneaking in and out of places a bit difficult. He wasn’t sure if such a gun existed, but, he had some hope considering how different this place seemed.
It wasn’t long before he lead them both to a giant metal door. His hand reaching to the keypad that was in the wall beside it to push in the numbered code. When the keypad beeped and turned green, the metal door began sliding upwards until it opened up to a room that was similar to a large garage. White lights along the ceiling lit up automatically, illuminating the room within.
The room was mostly empty, a makeshift work bench was tucked into the corner, made of scrap plywood with various tools laying along the surface. More tools hung up along the wall near by, as well was a few, locked gun cases. There was also a chair that looked as if it had been pulled from a dentist office, with a matching over head lamp beside it. Beside the lamp was a rolling stool, that had a laptop closed and perched on top of the seat. It wasn’t exactly the most fanciest of rooms, but Omega found it suitable.
“Make yourself at home.”
