A beautiful sunny day but cold (I had to scrape ice off the car this morning). We caught the sunset down at a very busy St Ouen’s beach this evening. I guess with all the shops and cafes closed the beach is the only place to go! When the sea, sky and sand are the same colour. Just having some lunch at one of the excellent beachside kiosks and watching the surfers. There are some very big waves out there today but they’re too far away for me to photograph! I think I’ll go and get my feet in the sand though, I never truly feel like I’m back in Jersey until I’ve been to the beach and felt the sand between my toes.
