A manifesto of Le Corbusier's 'five points' of new architecture. 1. Replace supporting walls with concrete columns. 2. Free design of floor plan. Absence of supporting walls = no limits on use of internal space. 3. Free design of facade. Support columns allow the facade to be free from structural constraints. 4. The horizontal window, allows for increased and equal light distribution. 5.
