M12 lived like this for years throughout the property. Mould, damp and non working boiler. Landlord and agent fixed the problem by plastering over it and telling me to open the window. Decided it best to treat the problem myself until the landlord decided to sell. We are now on the social housing register as we are homeless due to the section 22 timescale being so short and not having a spare £2000 to move quickly
Mould across the whole inside of the main external wall at my last privately rented flat in Manchester, M1. After over 6 months of sending pictures, asking for repairs, and complaining to both estate agent and landlord, neither of which did anything about the problem, we moved out. Traumatic and frustrating experience.
