Your High Strike will be changed to the same time limits as Flash Cut (once every twenty minutes), and the previously mentioned five-minute time limit on the empowerment itself waived. Otherwise, it will be not be altered in any way.
You’ll be granted five vials to be used for your blitzes at any given time. With the right resources, it should only take about an hour to restock.
