👹👹👹 (this emoji it's so funny to me jdkdjdjdjv)
You sacrificed a human?” He gasps, eyes wide and conflicted that he’s not more upset about a loss of a life if it means his friends made it out okay.
“He wasn’t the brightest. Did the world a favor.” Theo points out, lacing his hand around Liam’s arm and holding him close, taking in the scent of his sweat and licking over his scar.
“You know in fairytales there’s supposed to be a hero. Not a string of murders.” Liam explains, glaring daggers into Theo’s face and unable to hide his arousal from the wolf as he takes in a ragged breath when another soft kiss on his neck makes him tremble with excitement.
“Sometimes the world doesn’t need another hero. I got the result you wanted right?” Theo grins, teeth stained with blood and Liam doesn’t want to admit that he’s not wrong. That a small part of him is embarrassed and ashamed to admit that he would have saved his best friend over a total stranger. It’s never been a choice and he can’t hide his gratitude for Theo being the one to do it.
