Erin and I did the thing and animated something in 24 hours. I’m so proud of this, I only started learning how to use Maya this past semester and It just great to see the things I learned come together in something tangible.

Fun facts about the animation jam!

When we were concepting, we did think about cannibalism

We also thought about a Portal-style infographic about not feeding the humans

I did all the music! :D

For recording: we managed to fit the electric piano in the sound booth, amazingly

Everyone in my team got between 3.5 and 4.5 hours of sleep this weekend

We drank so much caffeine

There were points where we were the only team awake

We burst out laughing every time we said “bagel”

All of us signed up without thinking about prizes (although most of us started hoping for them once we saw the weekend’s homework load)
