Taper time! This morning I chased the sun in a little park, Flagstaff Gardens, the oldest in the city. This treasure is barely metres from where I'm staying. 3 or 4 kilometres were made from criss crossing all around it (and again) for a teeny run. All helpful for the mind and to unfurl my legs for the day. And then! A day soaring in possibility and good stuff, lungs filled with air! And then! A social second run this evening with a big crowd of Adidas runners, as we did a joy loop of the city and soared around the place uplifted by chat.
