Emmett Kelly Santa. Imported by a company called, Flambro. Flambro appears to own the rights to all Emmett Kelly-The Clown products. Looks alot like a Telco in some ways but the box reminds me of a Rennoc product. 25 inches tall, a plug in motionette, made in 1984.
