A Flame Scallop, one of the reddest things I've ever seen, relaxes on the seabed with its fringe of tentacles waving around like eyelashes.

You can see what looks like a bolt of electricity running along its mantle. It's actually tissue which reflects light and can be covered and uncovered to create a flashing display.
