Reawaken - Closed Starter

Waking up from unconsciousness had always been a strange phenomenon. Wether it was from sleep or an unfortunate blow to the head, the eventual awakening was an experience he was never capable of properly describing. In one moment, his mind did not process any kind of sensory notion, but in the next, it was as if all the switches were flipped, and his thoughts would flood his comprehensions, as if they were a breaking a fragile dam.
It really wasn’t much different this time. When he noticed the horizon of the world itself disappearing, he had immediately used all his strength to tear at the dimensional fabric, before hurling himself through the crack. The sheer expenditure of his energy had also shut him down. And now, he didn’t know where he ended up, though it seemed like a fairly pleasant place.
Verdant grass, healthy vegetation, and what seemed to be the entrance of a cavern comprised his surroundings. Unfortunately, the sky was laden with stormy clouds, and within minutes, it was positively pouring. Not wanting to end up drenched, he made a run for the cave. It looked undisturbed, with the intact stalactites and stalagmites...
Or at the very least, he hoped it was. There was no way he was up for a fight of any kind, especially since he was still feeling quite drained.
