Meredith Cook. When Alexandria was beginning to close off and be turned into a safe zone, she was able to slip in and pass off as a resident. Convincing the soldiers was easy keeping the residents’ trust was the hard part. But with a convincing smile like that? It wasn’t as difficult as she expected.
Meet Thomas Powers. He was quite a close friend with Carl well as close as children can get. When the virus swept through the country, his family were struggling to survive on their own in a makeshift dwelling up north. Their group didn’t grow bigger than the small Powers family. The only people he could rely on was himself and his mother. That was until they ran into the Hilltop Colony.
She goes by Mercy. Mainly because she can’t remember her real name. Mercy was the only “friend” Aqua had while she was in that dreaded facility. She isn’t a shapeshifter, like Aqua. But instead, a siren. The ability to lure those to death with her sweet song, or being able to manipulate others with her words left her muzzled like a dog. It was the storm that tore through Alexandria that allowed the two to escape.
Chase Winters, Caleb’s older brother. Although he can’t shift into a full wolf like his sister, or manipulate elements like Caleb, his strength puts him in high ranks among the Winters pack. After graduating, Chase moved from the pack to start one of his own. The process would be slow and tough, but soon Chase would have a small pack of his own betas in northern Nevada.
He was the only guard Aqua was able to get along with. The kind that would put extra blackberries on her lunch tray because he knew they were her favorite. Or would allow her extra time with her parents, when they were still alive to visit. The kind that would stay in the dark during the storm so she could take his place, and make her escape.
